*Please note, photo proof of ID and address will be required upon booking.* A clean, bright and functional house located on the edge of Manor Park Village. It's 10 mins walk to Manor Park station, with Ilford, Stratford Westfield and central London being 10-45 mins direct by train. There's all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Whilst there isn't central heating at the property, there are electric heaters for guests to use. The house is very close to the train line - bear this in mind when booking! There's off street parking for 2 cars (see photo in listing). As you enter the house, you'll have two flights of stairs to climb to reach the living quarters - the master bedroom, second bedroom, bathroom, lounge/diner and kitchen. The master bedroom is bright and roomy with a generous built in wardrobe and king size bed. The second bedroom is more compact but still fits a queen size bed and some hanging space for clothing. Both the bedrooms are at the front of the property so unless you're a very light sleeper, the train line shouldn't pose a problem. The dual aspect lounge/diner is welcoming and bright. Enjoy your meals at the dining table then relax on the comfy sofa and watch TV. The kitchen has the basic facilities you'll need to make your meals (or order in, there's plenty of options locally!). The bottom oven is currently not working, however, the top oven/grill is functioning and there's also the hob and a microwave available. Other Details to Note: Please note that the house is next to a train line. The living quarters are situated on the second floor so the house is not suitable for young children or those who struggle with stairs. Despite radiators being apparent in the photos, there is no central heating. Instead, the house is heated using movable electric heaters. Parking for up to 2 cars is available next to the property (see photo). Do not park on the street during the restricted days and times

The house is located nearby the self-proclaimed Manor Park Village and the Durham Road Conservation area. The house itself is in a more modern development than the surrounding traditional, Victorian housing having been built in the late 1980’s. The area comprises a diverse mix of ethnicities and age groups. The property is situated very close to the Elizabeth line train line being a 10 minutes walk to Manor Park station. This gives you direct access to Ilford, Stratford Westfield and Tottenham Court Road, all within 10 to 45 minutes.
