Penthouse with high ceilings on the top floor of a Victorian warehouse conversion in Central London. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows that open out to a 31 ft long terrace. We are a 1 minute walk to the River Thames and Tower Bridge. There are two bedrooms - both with double beds, memory foam mattress/toppers and memory foam pillows; two bathrooms - both with bathtubs and adjustable height showers, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a living room equipped with Bose home cinema and Phillips Hue dimmable lighting. The property is furnished with custom made oak furniture with soft corners, and walls are decorated with an artwork collection. There is personal air conditioning is installed in all rooms which does both heating and cooling and there is 1GB Fibre broadband, it is very fast. Please note this is my permanent home and I live here with my husband in between guests. We have put away our personal belongings, however you may still come across some items in wardrobes or cupboards. We have allocated space in both wardrobes for guests to use. We also have a pet cat but she won’t be here during your stay. We regularly use the Philips air purifier to accommodate people who may be allergic to cats.

The penthouse is in the heart of Shad Thames, the unmissable cobbled beauty along the banks of the river Thames, steeped in history and character which you can still see today. Penthouse is situated at the backside of the building, away from the road and overlooking an expansive courtyard. It is extremely quiet. Shad Thames is in the Victorian warehouse district which is home to London’s most photogenic streets. It has caught the eye of Hollywood and TV shows, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Bridget Jones’ Diary, Basic Instinct, Cruella, King of Thieves and Top Gear to name a few. Things to do within 5 minutes walk include Tower Bridge, River Thames, The Queens Walk, Shad Thames High Street. The penthouse is in Travel Zone: Zone 1, Central London. It is walking distance to 3 tube stations - London Bridge (Jubilee Line, Northern Line and Overground Trains), Tower Hill (District Line, Docklands Light Railway) and Bermondsey (Jubilee Line)
