It is likely that we won't be available in person however we work with a number of external contractors to help us out when things break or go wrong. The flat will suit all types of travellers wanting to be close to everything Leamington has to offer. The location is extremely convenient no matter how you are travelling to the area. Guests will have access to the entire property. Once booked, we'll ask for some pre-check-in details that can be submitted through our secure guest portal. You will then have access to your personalized guidebook, which will detail all the information you need about the property, along with the access information. Neighborhood info

This flat is very centrally located making it ideal for anyone who wants to be close to everything that is going on in Leamington. The train station is a short walk away as are the shops, bars and restaurants of Leamington Spa. The building is located on a busy road so expect the sort of noise that might come with this during certain times of the week. Parking is quite restricted in Leamington so walking is easiest. You will be close to the train station if needed and there are a number of paid car parks in the area that make travelling to the property by car easy.
