The location was great, we had an exceptional experience being close to what we were looking for. Also any questions we had the service responds was great. Wished we stayed longer. The kitchen was great! Loved our bedroom.

Apartment is ideally located near the British museum, and it sits over a restaurant which also shares the same door number (32). Googling the address points you to this restaurant which can be slightly confusing. The apartment was very quiet, and it was insulated from all the activities around it. All equipment were in good working condition. Bed and sofa bed were great, and additional pillows and bedsheets were provided. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Host and the management company communicated well and provided detailed instructions. There were two shared washing units in a utility room by the staircase which were in good working condition. If your checkout time doesn't match your departure time, then there is a luggage storage location very nearby which charge 5GBP/bag for 24 hour storage.

The location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the British Museum, The place is also within the UCL campus. So there are plenty of restaurants around the corner, and shopping, grocery, transport, and other possibilities are all within 5 minutes walking distance. The room is clean and renovated well. All the needed facilities are there and most of them are working properly.

Location is fantastic. Apartment is clean and the kitchen has the essentials for cooking if need be but there are so many wonderful delicious restaurants around. And the bed was super comfy! Would highly recommend.
