The property was very close to the tube station, making it very convenient for traveling around the city. The flat was spacious so our family of four (2 adult children) could spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing. The wifi worked well. I failed to inform the host that we would be using the sofa bed, so we had trouble finding the extra beddings on the first night, but the host responded to my inquiry right away and everything was resolved easily. I appreciated the ability to communicate with the host and her responsiveness. It was great to have two bathrooms/showers in the flat as well. I ran out of hot water during one of my showers, but the problem was easily resolved once we figured out how the water heater worked. My one suggestion would be to have a little instruction sheet in the flat answering these common questions (e.g., location of extra beddings, how the appliances work, etc.) so we don't have to bother the host too much. It was a lovely stay.
