Welcome to our stylish apartment set within a private mews building in Hoxton Shoreditch. It's a chic and comfortable place to stay with perfect transport links. 5 mins walk from Hoxton Station/ 10/15min to Old Street Tube. Both sit comfortably within zone 1 London. We have restored our much loved Mews home for 15years. Using well researched environmentally friendly materials in all our upgrades. Douglas Fern solid wood reclaimed timber floors throughout. We chose our local (Based on Hoxton Square) kitchen firm 'British Standard' for our beautifully hand made kitchen. Inc local stone mason for the work surface. The apartment faces south with sunshine streaming through 3 windows facing Hoxton Street itself. The main bedroom is positioned quietly at the rear of the property with a dbl glazed sash window opening onto the balcony (inc views of the gherkin building and city skyline sunsets). There is also an additional terrace with lounge seating, bbq and bike storage. Our place sleeps 3 people comfortably with the main bedroom and sofa bed in the living area. There is also a dedicated work station away from the main living area. Our place is spotlessly clean (cleaned professionally with Hotel linens). There is a utility room for you to store your laundry or suitcases out of the way so you can feel at home. If you have babies or children we have an easy high chair and a cot with all the linens you'd like. The neighbouring community within the Mews building is super special with a couple of neighbourly cats wondering around the well watered terrace plants and conversation between residents is always welcome. There is an exceedingly well stocked organic mini market directly below the apartment within the Mews building next to an independent Art Gallery. You will certainly feel apart of this sanctuary behind the gates of this bustling local neighboured of which is the cool and fashionable Hoxton zone 1 London.
