This beautiful cosy studio recently renovated has everything you need for short or long stay. Ideal place for professionals, couples or solo travellers and located just 5 min walk from railway and town centre. Please note, this is a self-check-in apartment with a lockbox in the porch of the building. You'll receive an email with all the information after a reservation is completed. The room is very spacious and functional. It has a king size bed with freshly ironed bed linen, a desk to work, a comfy sofa to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove&oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. All kitchen appliances, such as saucepans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and cutlery are provided as well. You can always find some tea, coffee, musli, butter and jam for your breakfast toast. There is also a washing machine, iron&ironing board and a hairdryer. Off-street parking is available just behind the building.
The railway station is literally 5 min away by walk, as well as bus stops on Parade. There are several shops and a pharmacy downstairs the building and nearby. Beautiful Jephson Garden is 10 min walk away and plenty of pubs, restaurants. and coffee shops. One of them is Procaffeinate, located just 30 sec away on Clemens street. And if it is warm outside, enjoy a drink on their cosy terrace looking at the canal!
