This designer apartment with a terrace overlooking Hanover Street is located in the most prestigious location - Mayfair. It’s the perfect base for exploring London, located just a few minutes from the main shopping areas and theatres. Plus its close proximity to Oxford Circus Tube station makes it so easy to get around whether you want to take in the popular tourist attractions or go to that important business meeting. This spacious 1-bed apartment has been designed by Karim Rashid and newly renovated to the highest standards. The flat is located on the second floor with elevator access from the entrance lobby to the apartment door. It comes with one bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. It has a walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table. A spacious large open-plan living room and kitchen with a dining area. Some of the best restaurants in London are a short walk away but if you’d prefer to eat in, you can use the kitchen equipped with the latest gadgets, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine, to name a few.
