Exceptional host, went above and beyond to accomodate us and make us feel wlecome. A beautiful house, cleanliness, facilities & food 10/10 worth every penny. Wish we could have stayed an extra day but will definitely be back.

We spent 4 days in Georgiana’s b&b and we were cuddled all the time. Georgiana and her daughter Giulia are so nice, kind, welcoming and caring to offer the best service. The B&b is located in a very nice residential area well served by public transporter, in 15-20 minutes you can reach central london by tube or bus. There are also many restaurants and pub in this neighboorhood and Gerogiana is always ready to give you some good advices about them. We have to spend some lines about the breakfast: just fantastic! Every day they asked us what we wanted and they cooked live pancake, scrumble eggs, homelette, eggs with bacon, a fabulous greek yogurt with fresh fruit and cereals, toast, scones and croissant…all these things served on a beautiful big table and to share with others guests in a great atmosphere.

Georgiana is an incredible host, who does everything possible to make her guests feel comfortable in her beautiful home. The house and the room are clean, the bed very comfortable and there are always snack, fresh fruit, water and various types of tea and coffee.

My stay here was wonderful! I booked through Booking.com very last-minutely as it was the only place available with an actual room, and clearly I stumbled upon a gem. The host, Georgiana, was lovely. It is a beautiful house and the room was unusually spacious, beautiful and calm. Georgiana welcomed me as a family member and took care of me. Thanks Georgiana, Julia and Olga for helping me so much. I had a very early morning flight and Georgiana made great sandwiches for me, that was really helpful. The neighborhood is interesting and not far from central London.

Georgiana arranged our parking - parking is restricted in the area. This avoided any problems for us. She offered prosecco in the garden on arrival and was extremely welcoming, as were her staff.

I could not find any better, and I can confirm lovely comments from the other guests I have read here. The area is fantastic, super quiet and safe. The home is superb and renovated at a high level. The room is comfortable, and you can join your privacy anytime. I appreciated Georgiana's attitude to making the host feel like he was at home because this is the truth. I loved chatting with her, and she took me out to have dinner close to the harbour. We sit on the bench and have interesting talks. I am sure I forget something else...I can indeed come to visit her anytime I am around there. Thanks a lot!
