Lovely neighbourhood. The apartment is at ground level, convenient if you're traveling with luggage. Quiet one bedroom apartment with one double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Heating system in the kitchen and an additional heater in the living area. The apartment is located opposite a school and doesn't have access to the main road, which means that you get to enjoy quiet times. In addition to the serene environment, you have access to Fast WiFi and a photocopier/printer, making it altogether an ideal spot for business travelers. Late check-in is fine. The market is a brilliant place to visit, it's always busy and is just a 7-minute walk. The apartment is located in a quiet area and it's located at the back of the building so you don't get to hear much of traffic etc. There is a school on that side though but you can only hear the school kids playing daytime and only when it's school terms! That means it gets quiet in the evening and during the school holidays. No one complains about noise as it's fairly quiet in the area. The garden has chairs and tables. People tend to go out there in the summer as it's well-kept by ground management. A 2-minute walk to the main will give you access to every shop needed (Tesco, Iceland...) You can get the Victoria Line that runs every 2 minutes (it runs better than other lines!) and trains to Liverpool Street Station. You also have the option of using a wide range of buses from the bus station to travel, which is opposite the tube/train station and this backs onto a busy market, open daily until 5 pm. This apartment is a 12-minute walk from Walthamstow Central Station. You have Walthamstow Leisure Centre just a 15 min walk away where you can do lots of activities including fitness, squash or badminton.
