The house and area is very quiet. Host was very responsive. There was an issue with the hot water and the host was really proactive at fixing the issue. Bathroom was really clean. My room had a rustic kinda style but that was ok it was nice. I had a good night sleep. Pretty big room size. There is a living room and kitchen. I did use the kitchen to cook.
