Fancy seeing the real London, without compromising on convenience? Clapton teems with independent shops, artists, coffee houses, and bars. Unlike much of east London, the centre is within easy reach: just 15 mins to Liverpool Street and beyond. Into fitness? There’s a home gym, and parks on your doorstep. The house is recently refurbished and is full of natural light. It’s spacious, so despite sleeping 8 you’ll feel there’s plenty of room for everyone. Professionally managed for peace of mind.

Neighborhood info

Clapton is absolutely the new hipster hotspot of London. There’s a strong community spirit, independent shops, vibrant bars and eateries, historic churches, and streets of period terrace homes. Throw in some historic churches and the beautiful, peaceful delights of the River Lea and the Hackney and Walthamstow marshes and you can see why it’s one of London’s most sought-after postcodes for families and graduates. The house is just a two-minute walk from Clapton Overground station, which itself is just a 13-minute train ride into Liverpool Street and the City. Even closer is the catchily named North Millfields Recreation Centre - a lovely green space that connects to the river, and further parks beyond.
