Bright and large open plan kitchen / reception. Living room fitted with a comfortable sofa-bed, dining table & chairs and a large flat screen TV. Fully fitted kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery & kitchen utensils, and cutlery. HOME TRUTHS Please note this home is located in a building situated above a very stylish bar that closes at 1am and on certain occasions music can be heard upstairs. This home is perfect for for 4 people but please note that there is only one double bed and one sofa bed. This location is perfect for both leisure and corporate stays. No lift. This home has a centrally managed heating system. This home doesn't have air-condition units but we can provide fans during summer periods if necessary. HOME RULES: NO SMOKING NO PARTIES NO PETS CHECK I AND CHECK OUT: Check-in: Our check-in time is from 3pm.This is a self-check-in property where the lock box is located 5 minutes from the apartment.
