We love running our guest house and throughly enjoy meeting people from all over the world and all walks of life. We enjoy listening to places that they have visited, how home life is compared to where they come from, what their aspirations are. It is absolutely amazing, to hear what people have done with their lives. Anything we can do to help you get the most out of your stay, please let us know. Please note: There is a communal fridge on the landing for Rooms 2, 3, and 4 to share. Room 5 has its own large fridge within the room. Room 6 has no access to a fridge.

Property info

Hi there, we have a beautiful 18th century property in Warwick, close to the town centre with all its restaurants, bars and cafes and of course a short stroll to Warwick Castle. Although it is a character property all the rooms are modern, clean and bright with renovated bathrooms. We have a lovely garden and private parking. Some of our rooms even have their own front door, for added privacy.

Neighborhood info

We are a pleasant 20 minute stroll from Warwick Castle - one of the UK's top 10 attractions. You can also grab a lovely cup of coffee among the timber clad buildings of historic Warwick. There is a huge choice of restaurants and bars and family friendly places to eat. We also have a leisure centre and some wonderful parks nearby like Victoria Park and St. Nicolas Park with a children's paddling pool and little fair ground. The river curls around the parks with canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and fun pedal boats for hire. Plus lots of cycle routes and canal paths to explore. The Guest House is close to all travel routes; the M40, Warwick Railway Station, Leamington Spa Railway Station, we have bus stops literally 30 seconds walk away. We look forward to seeing you soon.
