Our stylish three bedroom, three bathroom duplex flat with terrace and A/C is on the 3rd and 4th floors of is this majestic period building. The open plan living area provides plenty of natural light infusing the space with a delightful mix of historical charm and contemporary style. Three spacious bedrooms, all of them with their own bathroom and one with its own terrace with scenic city views. Enjoy luxury and style while having Great Portland St, Oxford St and Marylebone at your doorstep.

Located in the heart of Great Portland Street, this flat provides easy access to various tube lines at Great Portland Street Station and Oxford Circus, along with an extensive network of bus routes connecting you to all parts of London. Great Portland Street acts as the unifying line between Marylebone and Fitzrovia, two vibrant neighbourhoods filled with striking architecture and an abundance of cafés, pubs, bars and eateries. Marylebone still looks and feels something like the village it was 400 years ago and the handsome Georgian development it was 250 years ago. Its High Street in particular is a pleasure to visit; the atmosphere is a bit more cosmopolitan than other parts of the city, and at the same time, a little more relaxed. A pristine haven a short walk from Oxford Circus filled with squares of tall, beautifully proportioned Georgian houses.
