North Maida Vale is a very sought after area; It is a family friendly, diverse neighbourhood with a great vibe. The location is so convenient, with lots to do locally, and also for it's close proximity to central London. You really do have everything you may want for on your doorstep, from pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets & shops. Starbucks is 1 minutes walk away, Costa Coffee & Pret Manger are 4 minutes away. Paddington Recreational Grounds are a 7 minute walk. It's a great place to go for a run/walk/relax and watch the world go by. There are lots of facilities; a cafe, play areas for children, an athletics track, indoor and outdoor gym, tennis courts and various gardens. Little Venice: 20 minute walk (or 3 stops on the bus), its such a picturesque location, it's famous for its tranquil canals (hence the name), charming houseboats, and waterside cafes. You can enjoy a scenic walk or take a canal boat ride. If you are music fans, the famous Abbey Road Studios are 20 minutes walk. You can walk across the same zebra crossing where the iconic Beatles album cover was created.
