This luxurious ground floor flat offers stylish breakfast bar, beautiful hardwood bed with high footbed, pretty Tiffany lamps and comfy bedding of Egyptian cotton. Fully equipped of all daily needs. This unique place has a style of its own. Please only book if you can follow following rules House rules 1. No parties 2. No unregistered guests 3. No illegal activity Note: We will report if any illegal activity is suspected. We have surveillance and recording devices at entrance and Alarm System on corridor and Front and Backyard Camera to monitor all traffic in and out of the property. 4. No Smoking 5. No pets 6. Please keep the place clean, dispose off garbage in the trash can, wash the dishes before you leave and don’t eat in bed. Try not to stain white bed linen with oil or any other thing. 7. Please follow check-in times. Check-in is after 3PM and check out is before 11AM. 8. Any damage will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb. 9. Please turn off lights and heating when not needed.
