Characterful apartment in Central London. Located within a late Victorian Terrace, this apartment has rooms in different levels and retains some of the original features. Entering the property through the raised ground floor, there is a bright and ample reception room with a large L-shape sofa, dining table and tv ideal for the guests to gather and enjoy a lovely evening in. Next to the reception, the third bedroom has a small double bed and double doors opening to the staircase, leading to the roof terrace, equipped with lights, fitted bench and a large parasol. Coming down a short flight of stairs at the back of the property, there is a spacious and modern fully equipped dine-in kitchen with sitting area, which opens to a patio via fold-up doors, creating an ideal winter garden to enjoy breakfasts. Coming downstairs at lower ground level, there are two bedrooms, one with a 180cm wide bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, the second one with a 150cm wide bed. There is also a spacious family bathroom with free-standing bath and a separate shower. The property includes a collection of original art pieces by international emerging and mid career artists who have exhibited in London, and all the artworks are available for purchase.
