Stunning 2 Bed, 1 Bathroom Apartment located in the heart of Woolwich Arsenal in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Accommodation within this bright and luxurious property comprises fantastically sized Lounge with views towards the Square & Tesco Superstore opposite. On the first floor, there is a large Lounge, large Kitchen-Diner & an exquisite Bathroom. Going up, there is a triple fronted wardrobe on the half landing. A stocked, large Bookshelf & Two Double Bedrooms occupy the entire top floor. The wealth of character in the property has been nicely incorporated into the contemporary finish. The Kitchen-diner is a beautiful setting for dining. The Kitchen has all the appliances you would expect from an exclusive Apartment that has just undergone comprehensive renovation. The Bathroom is a retreat, you would love the Shower. With an abundance of storage, (needed after a busy day's shopping locally & within Central London), this is one of the best apartment to enjoy the evening sunset. Central London, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace & the West End in less than 30 minutes via the Elizabeth Line, the DLR Metro and surface BR Trains. The entertainment zone at the 02 Greenwich which hosts multiple cinemas, restaurants and event centre / concert halls is only 3 miles / 15 minutes away. Check it out! The Apartment is approximately over 80 square metres and overlooks the Tesco Superstore directly opposite and the Woolwich town centre Square. It is located within 2 minutes‘ walk of the Train & DLR Stations. Riverfront walk can be found 5 minutes away at the Woolwich Riverside. Central London, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace & the West End in less than 30 minutes via the Elizabeth Line, the DLR Metro and surface BR Trains. The entertainment zone at the 02 Greenwich which hosts multiple cinemas, restaurants and event centre / concert halls is only 3 miles / 15 minutes away. Check it out! Night time entertainment, whatever your delight, can be found in Woolwich Town Centre, the Royal Arsenal Riverside, Blackheath and at the 02 Greenwich. It is a VERY SPACIOUS, great apartment in a very nice location on the EDGE of the TOWN CENTRE. It is located less than 5 minutes walk of the trains, metro and the ELIZABETH LINE that goes though all of London. The line runs from HEATHROW to WOOLWICH ARSENAL in around an hour. GREENWICH has a WEALTH OF HISTORICAL ATTRACTIONS and we are less than an hour from BUCKINGHAM PALACE, HOUSES of PARLIAMENT and the WEST END. The 02 ARENA and Greenwich Park are both within 3 Miles of the apartment.
