Royal Arsenal Riverside is one of South East London's most exciting riverside addresses, sitting in the heart of Woolwich, which is rapidly emerging as one of London's bright spots; it occupies a prime location along the River Thames and offers a buzzing retail hub *please note surveillance in operation. Gatherings, parties, smoking inside property and any obstruction of the CCTV are strictly prohibited and will result in a fine, forfeit of security deposit and guests being removed from property. guests are not permitted to block, cover or obstruct cameras in anyway as that will be taken as an act of attempted theft, where a police report can be filed, or an act of violating the terms of agreement A deposit of 500 pounds is required for every stay.Security deposit will also be charged/ withheld for any additional guests above number of guests booked.*
