Room was small, but cozy. For the price, perfect for a solo traveller. It was a communal bathroom, but since there's only a few rooms, it was rare that it was ever occupied. Location was super close to the Abbey Woods station, and close to a Sainsbury's. Really loved it, would definitely stay again.
