The flat is ideally suited for 3-4 people but two larger people may feel a little uncomfortable on the 3’8” wide sofa bed. The flat benefits from a bathroom with a 3 piece bathroom suite and an additional electric shower. There is LED lighting throughout. The kitchen includes a microwave, AEG Gas Hob, Worcester Boiler, SMEG oven and a built-in fridge freezer. There is also separate feee standing fridge freezer. There is laminate-look tiled flooring throughout the flat together with a vault outside for additional storage. The outdoor space at the rear of the property provides extra lighting for the flat and is ideal for relaxing. This flat is only 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station and is ideally situated between Kings Cross Road and Grays Inn Road with 3 Tesco stores within a 5-10 minute walk. The Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital is less than a minute walk from the property and the St Pancras Hospital is within easy walking distance. There are several pubs and many restaurants nearby. Please note: 1. The sofa bed is 3'8" wide - so please do not expect to get 2 six feet men on it having a comfortable night. Sofa beds are by nature not as comfortable as double beds. 2. The property is very close to the station and leads onto a main road. If you are a light sleeper your sleep may be disturbed by train and traffic noise. 3. The floors are tiled so you will always notice specs of dirt and dust even though we clean and mop the flat regularly. Carpets suck in dirt and bugs whereas on tiled floors everything is visible.
