Great little loft, clean with modern furnishings. Nice bathroom, not old, good water pressure and good heating when cold. Perfect location in Holborn. Super lovely chic little quintessentially London neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and access to public transportation.

I was worried about the stairs because I only saw it after I booked. But they really aren't that bad or unusual in most European cities. The loft is very quiet in an amazing (busy) location.

It was very easy to check in, even at 1am. David's instructions were very clear and the other information he sent was helpful. The apartment itself is small like the floorplan shows but comfortable with a large bathroom and kitchen areas.

This is good value for a very expensive location. We stayed here while looking for a place to rent and was gobsmacked by how expensive this area is even compared to Sydney.

David managed to somehow accomodate our early arrival and late departure. When we offered to pay for late check out he said if the next guest is arriving late it doesn't cost him anything to let us check out late so it was free! My sister was charged £100 for a 2 hour late check out but we were not charged for our 6 hour late check out.

Very luminous, situated in a key place we could go see play 15min of walk from the flat. Nicely equipped, fresh towels included. It really is a sunny loft and we loved it

The apartment is really nice and cozy, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, it's clean as much as it can be - the apartment is very well taken care of, but some parts are already warren down a bit (alos, the water presure is extremely low). Note that the apartment is on highest flour, with steep steps. The contact/communication with owner was great. Before arrival we got a great informative mail from him about all important aspects of wisiting London, he is also helpfull and fast responder on msgs through booking app.

Good location 6/7 Min walking distance from the closest underground stations (Holborn and Chancery Lane) and close to the British Museum. Nice apartment fully furnished basically nothing is missing. Great availability of the owner.
