Upon entering the secure building you will find yourself in a large modern lobby area which has a concierge service, the lobby is decorated in calming neutrals and gives a feeling of peace and comfort, stylish and welcoming this is the perfect entrance to anyone's choice of home. There are stairs and elevators in the building giving you the choice of access to this home. The apartment's front door leads directly into a large light-filled hallway off of which are the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and the open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area. All 3 bedrooms are a good size and the larger of the 3 has an en suite bathroom. The open plan lounge and kitchen area is the centre of this home and the perfect place to both relax and entertain, with a glass wall and access to a balcony which is the full width of the home. This room has a great feel. The balcony overlooks trees and gardens. The kitchen has been designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and also a practical working space, it is modern and has ample storage cupboards for daily living needs. The main family bathroom and the en suite bathroom have been beautifully decorated in a minimalist clean style to the highest standard
