This is a good sized flat in a part of London that used to be somewhat dodgy but is definitely up and coming. Great for exploring the Broadway markets. Flat is right next to overground rail, but was in the lower area so was surprisingly quiet. Heating was modern and underfloor in lounge which was nice, but there was no manual to guide how it works. Excellent access to Dalston tube station with access to both overground and underground.
