A tranquil home, set out on 3 levels, was fully refurbished in 2017, retains some of the original Victorian features. The space is tranquil, with white walls and hard wood flooring throughout. To enter this home, there is a flight of stairs up to the entrance hall. LIVING ROOM A spacious and tranquil space, this room has a large bay window providing lots of light and an original fireplace. A large corner sofa occupies the centre of the room, with a cream rug on the floor beneath. Bookshelves sit either side of the fireplace, with artwork dispersed throughout. On the left, there is a small work-space with a desk and chair and interesting framed artwork above. KITCHEN The kitchen is open-plan from the living area and fitted in white quartz worktop. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. FIRST BATHROOM A stylish bathroom in black and white with brass fittings. This comprises a walk-in shower, sink, WC and a heated towel rail. FIRST BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATHROOM This light bedroom has two sash windows, a king-size Vispring bed and white bedside tables. The room is decorated with plants and has a calming feel. For storage, there hanging rail for clothes and a chest of drawers available for guests. A gorgeous en suite bathroom where white, brick-style tiles contrast with striking black floor tiles. There's a freestanding bath, hanging plants, a heated towel rail, wash basin, and WC. SECOND BEDROOM On the top floor, up a flight of stairs, is a spacious loft-style second bedroom with white brick wall and hard wood floor. . The king-size bed with brand new Casper mattress is positioned in the centre and there is a navy blue sofa on the left hand side. A sheepskin rug lies atop the wooden floor. There is a chest of drawers, desk and chair by the window and a luxury sheepskin beanbag. Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties!
