Property info

A beautful period 2-bedroom cottage in the pictoresque town of Old Kenilworth, one of Warwickshire's hidden gems. The ground floor has the living/dining room at the front, with the modern kitchen with fitted appliances directly behind it. At the rear of the house is the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor has two double bedrooms where four people can sleep. The private patio garden is a true suntrap and also has a large garden office for those requiring a laptop friendly workspace. NOTE: This is a Victorian era property, and therefore the original staircase is a bit steeper than you'd find in more recently built houses. As such we regard this property not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Additional rules and requirements: * Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. * Smoking is not allowed. * Pets are not accepted. * No parties/events, including hen/stag parties. * Guest must agree with our T&Cs by signing before staying with us. * Guest must provide us ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before staying with us

Old Kenilworth is a beautiful Shakespeare-era village with many pubs and restaurants, including Kenilworht's oldest pub (1563). Down the road you will find Kenilworht castle, a beautiful historic landmark worth visitng. Abbey Fields is a beautiful park with large grass areas, trees, lake, hills, and an outdoor kids playing area. The immediate surroundings offer the beuatiful Warwickshire landscape with many foot paths for outdoor hiking.
