IL PRUNELLO: Immersed in the medieval atmosphere of San Gimignano, the Prunello is a delightful 50 m2 apartment furnished with taste, respecting the original furnishings, but adding color and modernity, and super-equipped. With a single entrance on the ground floor, the living area consists of a bright living room with armchairs and a small sofa, a dining room and a kitchenette with a four-burner stove, appliances and complete kitchen equipment. Many are finishes that make this living space enjoyable, such as antique plates and family made paintings, high beamed ceilings and medieval bricks. The corridor leads to the comfortable private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and comfortable towel warmer. The sleeping area consists of an anteroom living room with sofa, convertible into a queen-size bed, a smurf, and a functional chest of drawers, and a bedroom with a spacious wrought-iron double bed, original bedside tables and a large handmade woood wardrobe Free WIFI. I am Ilaria Maltinti, I am 55 years old and I live in Poggibonsi, a few kilometers from San Gimignano. I am a master goldsmith and I'have been creating jewels since 1984. The house Il Prunello is the old house where up to 90 years lived, my grandmother Nella, a Tuscan woman of other times, known in the country for her speed in household chores. I am linked to San Gimignano and this house for my childhood memories of the time spent playing in the alleys of the city. I decided not to sell this property because I love it for its simple style and exceptional location, set among the medieval walls and the famous Towers of this village recognized by UNESCO. A year ago, in 2018, after having several tenants, I decided to renovate the apartment and give the world the chance to enjoy holidays in this lovely apartment.
