Villa Mario is located in the vicinity of Pistoia, lovely city of art between Florence and Pisa. The ideal position of the property offers the opportunity to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday, but it is also an excellent base to explore all parts of Tuscany.This elegantly restored villa on the rolling and gentle hills of Tuscany has amazing views from the terrace and the large swimming pool (7x14 mts). The pool with its outside shower is situated in a very sunny position to take baths and sun all day long. Table, chairs and barbecue are provided under the patio for outside dining.This accommodation, builts on three levels, has a total surface of about 600 mts square, is fine style furnished also with antiques. On the gound floor the large income, the main living room, bathroom, the cards room with fireplace, diner room and a very large kitchen with a big galley – laundry room. The diner room has a comfortable access onto the garden where you’ll find table and chairs to dining outside enjoying a superb view.On the first floor a beautiful library- bed room , four large bedrooms, four bathrooms.
