The rooms, food, location, beer, and vibes are amazing. In particular, I like how the hotel is walking distance – even with luggage – from the train station, but not in a touristy spot. With just a 10-15m walk, you can get to the heart of tourism.

Beuatiful Georgian Rowhouse. Well maintained with a lovely garden up to Calton Hill. Convenient to tram and bus lines and some distance to old center High Street but certainly walkable.

This was a great location in Edinburgh in the New Town neighborhood. We were a 6 minute walk from the tram and we could also just walk to most of the tourist locations in Edinburgh. There were several cafes and pubs in the area. There is a grocery store about a 6 minute walk away, along with a great food court with lots of choices (Edinburgh Street Food on Leith St.). Very close to Calton Hill. The apartment was very quiet and had a nice view out the window. It had lots of room for our family of 5. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great, nearby to Calton Hill which was lovely, & with easy access to many attractions. The airport tram stops nearby. It was good to have a mini kitchen, a washing machine, and a nice amount of space.

Appreciated the boutique feel. The most comfortable beds of our entire trip - which is important. Good location near main shopping, old town, Calton Hill and a short walk to Waverley - we only had a five-minute walk from the hotel to the airport transit bus stop when departing.

The property is a beautiful space located close enough to all the sites to enjoy but just far enough out of the heart of town to be quiet. We really loved the “old” feel of the place and the beautiful views around. Convenient to all bus lines and the lovely little tea rooms, as well as Calton Hill, Holyrood and Arthurs Seat. We very much enjoyed our girls trip staying here!

Even though the hotel is not within the center of the city, it is the best location as it is close to the Edinburgh Waverly train station and with a shortcut right into the city center. We stayed on the fifth floor facing the train station and the Calton hill on the right side with a magnificent view.

Beautiful old house in a quiet residential section of Edinburgh, easily accessible to all sections of the city. Lovely dining room breakfast. Comfortable room with every amenity, modern fixtures. Hilary was helpful in suggesting a walk up Calton Hill, with views of the city and helped me navigate to less-traveled areas.
