Fabulous staff. Very large room and bathroom. Sheets and duvet were incredibly comfortable. 3 minute walk to tube station, plus the museums were right around the corner.,

- very safe hotel - great concierge - easy check in and check out , we reached early and they gave us free drinks at the Hyde cafe . - the family room was perfect sized with connecting rooms spacious good for 4 people.
