The best location with walking distance to town and WINNERS for shopping. Reception staffs are nice and friendly. the place is high security with we need to access all the door with key card only. Recommend !!!

Great centralized location in the heart of downtown, the staff were very attentive and polite. The room was nicely designed with a conscious eco touch which is great and the Hydra restaurant has amazing Mediterranean food.

Loved the location. So nice to have porter service to our cruise ship directly from our room. Clean, comfortable room. Loved having the food court and drug store downstairs for last minute purchases and less expensive dining options.

The room was clean and we didn’t hear all the city noises.. The location was perfect for the goals of our trip - shopping, hockey game, waterfront, art gallery - all easily accessible from this location. The bed was great.

Staff who attended to us at check in was very courteous, helped us with things like the complimentary umbrellas (very useful in Vancouver weather). Facilities were good - gym, pool and coin-operated laundry. Close to eateries.

Great location and comfortable beds. In the heart of Vancouver for dining, shopping and sightseeing. Jacuzzi was lovely and pool relaxing. Gym was wel equipped. Staff very friendly and attentive.

I loved the rooms, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all really professional and friendly. The location was great to see the attractions like the ice hockey and still close enough to go to Stanley park and Gaston and all the shops in Robson St and Frankie’s restaurant.

The room was spacious, clean and fully stored with everything I needed to stay and cook a few basic meals. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, And the location was just in the middle of downtown Vancouver. We had everything at a five minute walk from the hotel.

The apartments are new, it’s like a hotel room. Super clean, well located, well equipped.
