Lodgings in York

It’s centrally located, clean.

Clean room that was well designed

The general decor and vibe of the hotel is awesome! The staff were super friendly and nice. Room was well laid out and spacious

Location is great and the room has everything we would need. Complimentary breakfast is great

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with a large comfy bed. The pool area and all the leisure facilities are clean and warm enough to enjoy. The grounds are lovely and the eating and bar area are very relaxing. The food was delicious with a good choice. Plenty of parking and a bus stop out side into York. We couldn't fault it and thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a view of the castle keep out our window. The front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating and we were most appreciative of that. Modern TV let us watch our preferred programming easily.

The rooms were spacious and modernized. Very comfy beds and good quality linens. The pool and spa facilities included in the price of the stay were very nice. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could possibly fancy. Staff were helpful.

Very clean, staff was very cooperative, especially for my parking fine

Friendly people, amazing breakfast, nice pub

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient.

Rooms were very good, had all basic facilities you would need, including electrci kettle. Hot breakfast was a bonus. The staff was very efficient to manage breakfast at peak times. Location was also convinient and taking uber to get into the city was much cheaper compared to bus fares for a family of 4. Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing and friendly, the place was clean, the bed was comfy and it was a good value for money. Bus stop was right outside the hotel and we walked home everyday, it was only 40-45 minutes from the center

The staff was very amicable and helpful, the bathroom always clean and the room has an electric kettle which I enjoyed very well, they even left cookies, water and milk to serve into the room. The location from my point of view was great

Interior is very wide and cosy, room is clean, view is nice, there is a kettle in the room, TV, perfect stay!

Our favorite hotel from our vacation - adored the lounge area and that the room had seperate beds for our kids. Enjoyed dinner in the lounge with the kids playing cards and checkers each night. Delightful relaxed vibe with very attentive and friendly staff. Thier Sunday roast was exceptional

Excellent room, allowed us to check in early plus let us leave out bags in the hotel for the whole day when we were due to leave. Breakfast selection was superb.

Really friendly staff and great location. The bed was really comfortable too. The staff are very happy to help with any issues .

Very clean and modern building with restaurant.

The hotel has very high standards with respect to giving service and assistance of any kind. Rooms are very big and comfortable.

Really good friendly staff who looked after you really well. Great location for getting in to York City centre 👍

The breakfast was terrific, lots of choice & the staff were wonderful. The location was great, an easy walk to the town centre.
