Brand new hotel apartments - modern, super clean, cozy and very well equipped. The room was spacious. The kitchenette was perfect. Top location and fantastic views from the terrace but also from the terraces of the building the apartments are situated in - a modern mall, with shops and restaurants. The coffee/breakfast corner was excellent. The possibility to buy food and drinks at the reception at any time of the day was great.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The common areas were equally impressive, with a serene ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Comfort is another area where the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh truly excels. Every detail, from the quality of the bedding to the layout of the room, has been carefully considered to create an inviting and restful environment. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay, which is exactly what I look for in a hotel. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh. The staff, facilities and comfort were all exceptional, with the staff being the highlight of my stay. I had the most interaction with staff member Raul. He is a great person and his attention and service put my Edinburgh experience over the top. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.     The location is excellent for central Edinburgh. The apartments are good for a group, particularly one apartment some of our group had on the top floor, which had extra space and a pleasant dinning area with skylights. Some basics provided (tea, coffee, milk) when you arrive, shops close by for buying any provisions you need. Car parking available, £20 a night, which is not unreasonable for secure parking where the car is easily accessible.
