The location of the hotel is amazing. The room was clean and the staff was always super helpful and nice. The price is really good considering the location and the services offered.

The location, close to supermarket, restaurants, bus station, and the fact that almost everything was at the cottage, like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave.

It was less clean then we had expected based on previous reviews. The beds were not so comfortable. The wall behind the table must have been treated (recently) because the persons sitting against it ended up with white backs. Luckily just their pajama's.

Cosy country pub set next to a canal. Welcoming hosts and bar staff. Excellent food served in pub and cooked breakfast was perfect....especially the poached eggs.

Room was on the small side and nowhere to hang clothes apart from a few hooks on the back of the door. However it was quiet and quite adequate for our one night stay.

Location was excellent - within walking distance of the International Conference Center and the train/tram/bus stations. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a strong smell of mold in the bathroom. There were dirt and paint stains in the corridor carpets. When I asked to check out 1 hour later (12:00 noon i.o. 11:00) I was told that I would have to pay 10 GBP for that.

You had to pay extra for the pool between the hrs of 9am and 5pm £25 per person which we did not know until we had checked in. When you pay £210 per night you expect the use of the facilities as the pool and spa where. One of The main reasons I booked . Also the photos flatter the hotel as it the location which is the best thing about it. I won’t be returning

The locks are done in a very strange manner and also my partner need to use the bathroom and the room very long to bring her use of toilet paper and even then only brought up two.
