The staff were all clean , capable and friendly . We were really pleased with the room but we should stayed in a room with a king size bed not the double ...our fault . The plumbing work from adjoining rooms was really , it disturb our sleep and I even thought of asking for another room . We both slept better the 2nd night. We had evening meal the 1st night and the food was excellent 👌. Was pleased to see that it was proper coffee at breakfast. English breakfast had good bacon and black pudding and butchers sausage , fresh mushrooms and tomatoes and a perfectly poached egg . The bread wasn't nice bread thought ...shame that .

The room was very clean and tidy. Only issue was bathroom was a bit small. Me and my family were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was as sometimes you go and it was not as nice a the pictures showed however this was opposite and better. Thank you

Our usual room stay is no. 7. We stay very regularly at the Greswolde Arms. We are very happy with the hotel.

On our last visit, we realised that there was no curtain across the clothes hanging area which we have always had before. We would prefer this to be returned as we feel there is no privacy for us in this area.
