Everything. I sent a msg to the owner on the booking app, and I hot the responce with in 2-3 mins. Then, when we reached the house, we opened it and loved everything about it. The cleanliness, interior, all the kitchen appliances and utensils were there. We cooked our dinner and breakfast. The house was already heated when we reached. There was not a single thing I didn't like about that place. If I ll go to Belfast again, I would prefer to definitely stay there.

Hotel is 4 hotels joined together and so is a bit of a maze. Bed was not comfortable.

Bed collapsed in the night too late for me to bother the staff . Slept on mattress on the floor. Cheap bed but common in several hotels in UK.

Anytime we contact 0 on the phone to speak to someone it would get answered by a Spanish women who didn’t understand English !! So that was frustrating

The front of house service / woman was negative and miserable. The breakfast was shocking for a Scottish full breakfast, especially the uncooked toast and frozen sausage at best, and one of each item was tight. The "bistro" was lacking variety and couldn't eat more than one meal here due to choice on menu. Also, there is nowhere to sit inside and chill with a drink since last stay it's changed, but the fact the hotel is on volcano heat level all the time even in cold weather is uncomfortable for sure. Not family friendly either. Also, stairs for elderly there's no help offered to room. On many occasions, residents are unable to book a table to eat if they arrive late. Unstaffed and badly managed for sure for the price of rooms.
