The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and we'll informed in relation to the local area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom had soft fluffy towels and again was clean with complimentary toiletries. The hotel had a large carpark and we were able to leave our cars even after we had checked out. The hotel is right on the river with bars, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a river walk which leads to neighbouring villages. The scenery is beautiful. Breakfast was made to order for hot food. There was fruit, yoghuts and cereal available to self serve as well as tea, coffee and juice.

Although reception and the communal toilets were fresh and very clean, the room was a little tired looking. There is a restaurant and bar within the hotel but we were reccomended to go across the road to the local pub. Although we had everything we needed, it felt as if the hotel was in refurbishment transition.

Location was excellent a few steps away from the beach front, lively bar but this didn't cause us any disturbance. Room decor and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was really good.

We had a fan in the corner of the room which gave some relief from the heat but only one window opened and so we found it very warm on a night and had to put up with the noise of the fan to make it bearable.

I arrived, and I was put on top of the floor with a baby no lifts There was no bath in the room when I booked, and it had a bath and beautiful grounds to explore, there were no beautiful grounds at all, an overgrown forecourt is all I seen from my window, they moved mw to a new room on second floor so I capuld bath my son however the bedding was dirty I have photos of this, I asked why cleaner wasn't in to give fresh towels and I was told they come in every other day tea and coffee in.ropm wasn't replenished either I was left with my room service dishes the whole stay as there was no cleaning being done, and every single time I left my room the key card isn't work so had to run up and down stairs to complain to receive new key cards with a baby, the experience wasn't great spent ally time out hotel as the other people staying were rolling there eyes and making comments because my soon was crying due to teathing, breakfast was shocking cooked breakfast was the worst I had ans it was what I looked forward to the most continental breakfast was good it's definitely not a child friendly hotel at all Donna was an amazing staff member however the rest of them need to stay off there phones and not be so ignorant I have a video of one member of staff laughing at my complaints too very rude people pay good money for a break and mine was a disaster

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the dim lighting at breakfast BUT that's because I have an eye disease (Retinitis Pigmentoss) so no one's at fault there.
