The cottage was cosy and clean. The view of the sea was perfect! The location was ok, a bit farther than I imagined, approx. 20 minutes by feet from the closest bus stop. Poorly lightened path to the hotel, though. The bathroom was very nice, small but clean and well furnished. The beds were super comfy! TV was working perfectly (maybe a bit small but that's not a big minus). The communal kitchen was very modern, clean, and well-furnished.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Friendly and welcoming host, beautiful location, comfortable bed and tasty home-made breakfast - the perfect B&B! Plenty of parking spaces around. The area is nice and calm. We liked the seaside walk to the town centre.

A quiet location. Train service to Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich, right on the doorstep. Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel has a swimming pool. We didn’t eat as we made other arrangements.

Very loud music from a DJ till midnight. They did tell us when we checked in, but it was very loud. The room was a bit smaller than we thought, but ok. The bathroom was a little run down. An inch of chain on sink plug, tiles needed re grouting, bath panel was old and worn. It was pleasant stay, but for a boutique hotel we thought it was underrated.
