Everything bed comfy very cosy , Jean the owner has thought of everything . in the bedroom there was a hairdryer ,pack of playing cards torch all hot drinks . Shower was hot , breakfast in the granary Jean had everything covered it is so quaint and English . lovely location very quiet ,there is a table and chairs outside your room if you want to eat outside . Jean is the perfect hostess.

The location is just outside Stratford. It was quiet and relaxing. Excellent quality of food and breakfast wonderful selection. The rooms are beautifull decorated and designed. The bedding is like slipping into silk sheets the beds are comfortable. We were on the ground floor and have a tiny patio area outside looking out to watch the sheep grazing in front of us.

The room was an excellent size, we chose a superior twin. Plenty of electric points, comfortable beds. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our TV was not properly tuned - it took only 6 minutes for a technician to arrive and fix it... impressive!!

Quirky cottage in a beautiful, relaxing location. Had everything we needed for a peaceful break. Great walled garden with lots of wildlife. Lovely to have milk in the fridge and a generous welcome pack.

Right next to the train station for easy access to central London and Wembley Stadium and right next door to a good pub. Meals are good, bar is good. Room was comfortable and the bed was great.

Still can't adjust the room temperature (but the window opens) and the shower in the bath set up may not suit very elderly or infirm guests.

We arrived before check-in at 3 pm and there was no option for storing luggage. The only option was at another of their properties which was an 18-min drive away. They had a full kitchen but no coffeemaker. We bought our own cafetière that we didn’t need as we already have one at home. You had to take out your own garbage but there were no bathroom bin liners - we bought those too as well as paper towels. We stayed 7 days and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned once. But everything felt like a “big ask”, including when we requested a second key card as we were traveling for business and had separate schedules. Basically, for a serviced apartment, the service could have been a bit better.
