- “We spent three nights at Heatithude and very much enjoyed it. It is in a small, authentic town half an hour drive from Tanah Rata. Host Dennis is very helpful (he took us in his own car to the scooter rental company on our first day), room is clean and has a nicely decorated attached bathroom and the terrace on the small river at the back of the house is very nice to sit and drink a cup of coffee from the shared kitchen. We recommend this place!”

  Lovely stay ..we had a Seaview double room and it was lovely..it’s a bit noisy in the morning (dogs barking) people talking loudly from early but it is a golfing club so expected really

  Perfect location for what we needed (short walk to Luna Springs!) Staff we encountered were all really friendly. Great value for money when you look at other places near by.

  Some have said rooms are dated and in need of repair, but what we paid for the location (worked out at under £50) we were not bothered that there wasn’t state of the art facilities. The bed linen was clean, fresh towels, working toilet and shower…tv/tea& coffee in the room etc. Yes there are a couple of patch jobs but personally a dink in the wall and a bit of plaster that’s filled a hole doesn’t affect my sleep!!

  Clean, very new looking , location. On arrival was made to feel really welcome , our room was lovely looking over canary wharf superb.

  Breakfast not included In the price paid already. We came back after event at 02 one member of staff said bar was open still. Stood at bar waiting to be served to then be told when they got to us we are shut, we said but we are staying & have been stood here clearly in front of you waiting so why ? She said ok you can have beer or wine , neither of which I drink men had beer I went without! Went to night bar where man had h&s in a tin had one of them & asked member of staff there for a glass , yep over there - really !

  Reception areas bar and eating area were good. Breakfast was very good value and great quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Stuffy small room, and workers banging about at 5am on a Sunday morning. I think this hotel is overpriced for what it delivers purely because it is situated on the top of the hill in Richmond.

  It is located in a convenient location with very easy access in and out of the city. I did have privacy at a good price.

  I think the front guy wasn’t too nice when I tried to get clarity on how some things work. The walls are quite thin and I believe I might have let air out the back loudly and heard the neighbours laughing 😅. Cleaning can be improved as there was an empty shower gel sachet on my bathroom floor.
