The excellent markings reflect how much we both enjoyed the whole experience the hotel cannot be matched for comfort and value for money. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. We also used the Qparking facility which was very convenient and value for money

The location is superb, a few minutes from Grand Central train station and tram stop. The apartment has large rooms and everything worked well.

The room was bright and airy. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The restaurant was very good and the food excellent.

We did not like the TV being on in the dining room while we were eating. The door to the bathroom would close properly even though there was a sign asking us to keep it shut so the fire alarm was not activated, this could be easily rectified.

Our apartment was a little tired, and as we had to pay a deposit for potential damages, you naturally look closer to damage when you move in. With a few minor maintenance issues and a bit of Tlc, the apartment could be deemed as good. However, the main gate was always open, which, with it being iner city it raised a concern about who would be in the court yard. The apartment had areas of damage where others had not given it the respect it deserved. With just a bit of attention to detail it could receive a 5 star review. Communication was excellent, and the details were given, spot on. A complimentary fresh tea coffee and milk would have been a nice gesture.

The only things I could commnet on was the failing TV signal ( not their fault I guess) and that there was only a micro wave to cook ( so no eggs & bacon for breakfast) but so many cafes on the cliffs that it was not a problem really
