Loved the buffet breakfast. We used the no 22 bus as it stops right outside. Very handy. Loved the spa.

Would have liked a fridge in our room, or an ice machine in a public place that we could have collected some. When the fire alarm went off at midnight and we all collected in the car park nobody ticked us off a list, to make sure we were all out.

I was given a basement room which was dark and looked out on the bins. Also, as a single traveller, I was not particularly comfortable with the security and would not have been able to open the window. I asked to change but the hotel was fully booked. Therefore I checked out and went to another hotel.
