Excellent, clean and secure property, we’d travelled from Kent so it was nice that the owner had gone above and beyond to preserve a parking space on the forecourt of the property for us. Very grateful for that.

Couldn’t really fault the place, for a very small scale business, they went above and beyond for any of our needs. The breakfast although not a cooked one apart from sausages and boiled eggs was a more continental affair but it was professionally laid out and attention to detail was given. Any extra bit of advice we needed was offered and genuine. No security concerns at all for myself, my wife, my daughter and my niece.

Breakfast ok. Everything looks nice. Room avarage. Need renewals. Minimum equipment. No bedside lamps. So you stay in pitch black or full ceiling lights.

Location for Olympia Arena was great and the room, kitchen area and bathroom was very clean.

Unfortunately entering main door to property we had problems receiving the door code from Kensington Rooms. Also we didn't realise when booking how noisy Warrick Road was throughout the night. They could do with getting some double glazing or secondary double glazing in the room plus we had a false fire alarm going off at 01.50hrs in the morning and we had to evacuate until fire services turned up. We managed to get back to sleep about 02.45!!
