Friendly welcoming and helpful staff, good room, thoughtfully done (mini fridge, air con, additional floor level light in bathroom so as not to wake partner during nocturnal bladder trip!, blackout curtains, propper clothes hangers and not the awful tethered offerings, separate pegs to hang wet coats by door - all simple little things that many hotels fail miserably on) comfy bed. Breakfast was good, full cardiac arrest English, and "continental" selection were good. Good coffee and tea (though orange juice was not the best). Will definitely stay here again when in Liverpool. All staff encountered were excellent, helpful and friendly.

A very clean, bright, spacious apartment close to the sea. The decor was modern and the furniture and fittings of good quality. The appliances appeared very new. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, but the access is steep.

We were staying for 10 days, but were only supplied with one tea towel in the kitchen, and one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom. I had enquired as to whether it would be possible to have a change of towels and bedding during our stay, but was told by the management company that this would not be possible. We brought extra towels and tea towels with us.

Good location, however you are right next to the station so the trains are noisy at night and in the morning from around 5am

Some of the wall sockets didn't work, and I prefer a softer bed. The bed was a bit hard (mattress) we thought we had booked a view overlooking the Thames I think this was my fault due to not knowing the area as we had a very hard job returning to the apartment after the concert due to the location didn't realise it was an hour away walking. Other than that all OK

Have stayed several times but this time the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were not nice. I didn’t actually get any sleep at all because of this. My husband prefers a harder bed but even he said the bed and pillows were reallh uncomfortable and he didn’t sleep either. Poor lighting - unable to do make up because of lack of clear lighting
