The rooms were very clean and tidy, cleaned every day. However the room was a little small for us. Cooked breakfast was very good. We drink decaf tea and coffee and they provided this for us, thank you. Good location for the beach and local train station, the steam train can be seen from the room. The room has an en-suite bathroom with clean towels and washing amenities Both the owners Marc and Julie were very welcoming, good hosts.

The B&B lacks a communal lounge as the room was small. Most of the B&B’s we have stayed at have them. The Room was small with two single beds and the single bed next to the wall should be rotated as the side where someone sit is more worn and you feel like you are falling off the side of the bed. To get round this I had to sleep at the other end of the bed.

Beautiful Setting. Breakfast was good but not included in price. Lunch we had at hotel was delicious. All staff very helpful, kind & went out of their way to sort out Wi Fi which was non existent in our suite! This made it very difficult for us to communicate with family in Longridge.

The suite was in another building away from Dining area & bar. My husband struggles to walk after his Stroke. Many stairs to get to our suite. Which we found was very dated sofa & chairs very uncomfortable & worn out. The fact that the bed and the bathroom were on different levels is not a good idea. Much better if bed & bathroom in same area & sitting room upstairs. I think this must and should be made clear when booking.
