The Stanley Maisonette was perfect for us. Three of us stayed for 6 nights in May. It has been beautifully renovated and includes lovely decor, including comfortable couches and a large TV on which we could access Netflix and other channels. Wifi was good. We used the stove top, dishwasher and washing machine - all in good working order. The beds were comfortable and the water hot. A couple of umbrellas in the cupboard came in handy. The location was perfect - within 100 metres of convenience stores, a pub, cafés and take away food shops. It's an easy, flat walk of less than 1 km to the main street of Teddington and Bushy Park. It's located on a semi-busy road, with many bus options. It was easy to access at street level with a door code and the managers were helpful. We would stay again ... in fact, we are going to in June!

A couple of minor observations - no dishcloth or tea towel were provided (we found a cleaning cloth in a cupboard that we used to wipe benches and we used a hand towel to dry dishes). Not a lot of water flows from the showers. There is no foot/attachment for the vacuum cleaner so I cleaned up just using the hose. Don't book it if you don't like stairs - there are 3 internal staircases to each of the bedrooms.

The hosts sent us all the relevant information prior to our arrival, which made it really easy to gain access to the property. The lock box was easy to operate. The accommodation was exactly what we expected. It had some beautiful finishing touches, and the views... Wow!! Such a great place to spend some relaxing time taking in the scenery. It was close to amenities, with some beautiful little shops around the corner within easy walking distance.

The property was lovely; we couldn't fault it. I was a little disheartened shortly after our arrival, my partner had gone out, so I was home alone with the dog, when I turned around to find workmen entering the private back garden, carrying materials through to their property, which was next door. It was an unexpected shock that was unwelcome. It set the dog off barking too. I contacted the hosts, who apologised and said he thought that because our car was not there, we had both gone out. I asked at this point if they had any work that was being carried out during the time of our stay, which he replied no. Unfortunately, there was, and it continued right through our break, which spoiled it somewhat. The initial few days break away that were meant to be restful ended up being consumed by banging and drilling from 8am every morning. In respect of this, if we had known about the work that was being carried out during our stay, we wouldn't have booked. Other than that, we couldn't fault it.

The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The location is very good for beaches and the town. The beds are very comfortable. The two bathrooms make the property practical and attractive to my family - husband, brother, sister-in-law and father-in law.

The garden is a great size and very safe for dogs and children. It could be made much better if the grass had been cut for our stay. Also, the garden needs some tlc. It has some lovely plants but isn't maintained well.

Water pressure in toilet was slow but not too much of a problem (4 adults). The parking permit had expired and was an issue that had to be addressed. Thankfully was dealt with promptly.
