I loved my stay in the apartment! How quiet too - only boat traffic on the Thames as the property is closed in, away from road traffic. Everything I needed inside - and the Ninja smoothie blender was the best bonus as I am a morning smoothie person. Bus connections get you to and from Canary Wharf, and the Thames Path is right outside so you can walk to Greenwich using the foot tunnel. Masthouse Terrace riverboat dock is a short walk away too. The flat is on the top of four floors (including ground floor) and there is one flat that shares the same landing. The next door block of flats is attached but I didn't hear any other residents. A big Asda grocery store is reachable by a lovely neighbourhood walk and bus ride back with your haul. I felt happily tucked away in this high residential area that's easily connected to shopping, attractions and history, with the Thames as my constant companion. Thank you Helen!

We enjoyed the bedroom, while compact it suited our one night stay. The shower was fabulous, the bed was luxuriously comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet dinner the evening we were there which was plentiful and delicious. The buffet breakfast included in the price, was also fabulous. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was lovely, quite a large room with a well presented bathroom. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk for the venue we were attending. The staff were very helpful, especially as my son is a wheelchair user.

I have to say the breakfast was vastly overpriced, the bacon was so tough you couldve used it to resole your boots. I appreciate they have a large amount of guests to cater for but it was way too expensive for the quality. Sorry but next time we will opt out and go to a greasy spoon instead.

Owners were friendly and attentive, could not have been nicer, good quality breakfast well prepared with good quality ingredients with plenty of biscuits and treats given during the stay.

There was a smell in the room we could not shift was like new plastic or a radiator painted not long ago but didn’t impact the stay, as it was very warm could have done with a fan.

Property is looking very worn and tired - our room had lots of cracks on ceiling and walls. Room was very hot during the night and the noise from people and cars on the road outside our room was too loud for us. Breakfast was ok - best part the croissants.

The double disabled access room with wet room we had booked was already in use so we had to make do with the only other ground floor room meaning we couldn't use the shower facilities lucky we were only staying one night
