Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  Loved the little bar/café/restaurant by the entrance - which doubled up as breakfast room.. Lovely staff, very helpful with everything. We had a funeral nearby so appreciated all the support+advice. Parking and bar discounts were included in a reduced hotel voucher which we found most convenient

  It was just stunning. Everything was like a dream.. the place, the house, the view, the interieur, the owner. Paula made our stay absolutely comfortable, she even washed our clothes and took care of food and medicine of my husband who fell ill. She is amazing!

  Spacious for a couple. Felt like home with lovely little touches. Decor was sympathetic with the building. The local public house was very friendly. Everything was provided.

  Bits look a little tired. Door in lavatory could do with a good clean. Lots of cobwebs in all the corners and on the lights. I am a cleaner by trade and was so tempted to clean it. The courtyard garden could also do with a little bit of tlc.

  Swarm of ants . All over the kitchen. Ruined our breakfast for the morning. Discovered that ants had been all over the food left in kitchen and all over my 1 year old daughters bottles not happy at all

  House is dusty. Especially Dining / Common area. Cigarette smell in common area near staircase. It's not value for Money. It's expensive. I will not stay again. Owner is not helpful at all. I cut my fingers due to sharp pigeon hole in doors. Area is not safe aswell.
