The food in the restaurant was amazing, the glamping pods were very comfortable, the staff went out of their way to show us around and make sure we were happy. We brought our little dog, and they offered to look after him while we used the sauna and hot tub. The owner invited us to look at the stars through his telescope and was happy to talk to us at length.”

  The staff was very friendly from the very beginning. Very flexible and customer service oriented. Location of the hotel was great: close to the sea, close to the shops, restaurants etc. Everything at the walking distance. Breakfast was rated continental but the variety exceeded all our expectations by far. Nice to recieve a proper breakfast substitute for the last morning of our stay as we had an early departure. We will certainly return if we stay in Brighton again.

  The bathroom was a little bit crowded and some hooks for towels would have helped. The superior room we stayed in was big and wide, newly renovated and clean but the first impression was a bit shaggy. But the comfortable stay changed my first impression entirely.

  An absolutely fantastic place just by the loch right in the middle of nature. The lodge itself is very spacious and well designed. The owner had taken such good care to provide every facility with some nice touches in the kitchen and living area. All you need to do is wake up in thr morning and spend time sitting outside admiring the view and listen to the birdsongs. Lots of walks around and close to so many nice spots in thr highlands.

  The water pressure in the bathroom was not great for taking a shower and was too slow. We called the number to ask but were told its the most we will get.

  Really friendly place. Food is absolutely fantastic. Comfy room. Great atmosphere in the pub in the evening and kids were allowed until 9. The building itself is really nice too. We have already planned to come back next year!

  Location was good. Very close to town. Easy walk from railway station. Met on time by the owner. River view through building gap. Quiet inside the building. Fully equipped for a self-contained holiday.

  Mattress had collapsed with inner springs contacting one's body. Maintenence issues raised by previous visitors had not been dealt with such as toilet flush handle broken, incorrect wifi access code. Manuals in directory unrelated to what was installed in this apartment. Some missing provisions like dishwasher and laundry detergent. Some freestanding wardrobes locked so hanging space was minimal. Missing controls on some panel heaters. Not a Smart TV and connection to Amazon Fire incomprehensible.
